Worst Experience Ever, Reviews Online Don’T Lie

My wife and I were in looking at travel trailers with the intention of buying a new rv within a month. After narrowing it down to 2 models and being promised the world from the sales team we started running into all the same problems you read about online. Once we asked about a price on the travel trailer we were told they would only give us a price if we left a $500 deposit. We were hesitant because of the reviews we read online where people had a hard time getting their money back. Once we received the cost of the trailer we started asking about what else we would be added to the total cost in the end. In every handout we received it stated a spare tire came included. When we got the final cost there was a charge for the spare tire on it. When asked about it the sales person just told us they hated the charge as much as we did but there wasn't anything we could do. We were then told it was law for us to buy a weight distribution hitch at the cost of around 400 dollars, when questioned about it not being law at all the sales person just gave us the run around. in short, we were laid to every step of the way, their own sales people were fighting over our business by putting each other down and saying we were being played by the other sales team members. by far the worst experience ever. I will never recommend them to anyone, i can only imagine what a nightmare the service would be if you ever needed any work done. your best bet it to find a honest dealer. They say family fun is number 1. If your idea of family fun is a horrible holiday get together then this place is the place for you! enjoy paying for all the gimmicks laying around the office and yard
