Worst Buying and Service Experience Possible

This has been a terrible experience right from the beginning when I first attempted to contact a sales person about a specific trailer back in February...after numerous times of salesmen not calling back or providing quality service, we still proceeded with purchasing a trailer that we had researched and wanted for some time. Then began lack of service issues, we received conflicting warranty recall information and we were ignored numerous times when we contacted the dealership trying to have issues resolved. It took over 6 months after time of purchase before we were finally booked in for required warranty recalls and outstanding deficiencies with the trailer were addressed. Trailer was booked in 2 months in advance for repairs, after it being at the Nisku dealership for 2 weeks (the time I was told it would take to fix the problems) I called to check on progress. I was told they hadn't had time to look at it yet and would need at least 2 more weeks. I asked to speak with the service manger and still have not heard from anyone.
