Word of Mouth is the Cheapest Advertising, You Lost This Reference the Whole Way Through the Process
2 years ago we bought a dirt cheap, used trailer in fairly rough shape, and had an amazing experience. This time we bought a new $50k trailer which inflated to almost $60 by the time we were done (after inquiring about a used one first) and nothing about the experience (other than the delivery guy, sorry I cant remember his name) was above board or pleasant in the least. There are way to many things I could list about how you could have done better or provided in any way a positive experience for us to go into here. If you would like to know what was, is and is still going wrong free to reach out. (delivery guy, again sorry about forgetting his name, was 5***** and if anyone else along the way had put in half of the effort he did in our experience this review would be too).
