Very Surprised

I'm very pleased with the bike rack installation so far. Hopefully when I do use it, it will work with no trouble. On another note, the customer service is very disappointing. I thought with Western RV being so popular, their customer service procedure would have been better. I was totally expecting a call back with information of a price quote before any of the work was even started because the gals at the service desk said this could definitely be given. Then when I received the bill, the typed in request shown did not match part of what I was requesting which resulted in a major miscommunication. As a customer, communication with the individual doing the work would be appreciated instead of having to talk through the gals at the service desk. The messages seemed to get confused along the way back and forth to the person actually doing the work and the customer. Quite frustrating actually. At the end of it all, a very nice guy from the back came out and helped me with keeping my tent trailer from leaking and informed me of how to do so. Thank you to him and to the gal who installed my bike rack which looks great! Hopefully the communication will work out better for other customers. I will have to go elsewhere next time.
