Very Poor Customer Service

The Service department since we bought the unit 4 years ago has never been helpful once except for to push us through the gears to get us out the door. We brought the Jayco Eagle 5th wheel in for the 2 year warranty service in which we were told they had all the replacement parts ordered and the job should have taken 2 weeks ended up being at WRV Leduc for 5 months then when it was ready in February they didn't even have the common courtesy to offer storage. They ended scratching the aluminum solid siding from one end to the other both sides and they didn't notice till we went to pick up the unit, and even after all that time the hot water heater still didn't work, the couch cushions freyed and the problem with the Door (In which I told them that this would break and throw my daughter on the ground eventually did) and Awning that they said weren't an issue two years later end n up costing out of my pocket until I bring back the old part. We refuse to bring the unit in for warranty because of the first experience and even if we wanted to there is a 4 month wait and no guarantee that we would get it back in time for the next camping season.The service department service is absolutely atrocious, they have no experience, no knowledge and clearly shows they are just there to collect a pay cheque. I would like to see the owner of WRV go through the process of buying a RV, having the warranty work and regular service complete and see the terrible customer service. I would also love to get a call or even have the owner, not the manager come and see us so we can discuss this problem as we talked to the manager and got the same type of service as I just explained. I would like a follow up call but only from the owner of WRV because we are fed up with the poor service.Iif possible I would like to even discuss this service with the Jayco regional manager.
