Very Good After Sales Service
We bought our new 5th wheel at Western RV in Leduc last Fall. It was a great experience due in large part to our sales person Amber. There were a few items on the trailer that needed attention however due to the fact we were heading south right away with it, we agreed to have these deficiencies addressed when we returned in the Spring.
While we were in the USA, I had a couple of issues that I couldn't address myself. I had an electrical issue with the awning and my furnace stopped working. Both times, my first call was to Mike Wollen, the Leduc Service Manager. Mike was very responsive to my situation and did what he could to try and rectify the issues over the phone.
When we returned home, I took the trailer in for my scheduled appointment to have a number of warranty issues addressed. I dealt with Tracy, the Leduc Service Writer. She was friendly, helpful and willing to clarify any questions I had. The trailer was in their shop for quite some time due to parts having to be ordered and some damage caused by a lot person however I was not in a rush for it so the delay was fine. My only negative comment would be that due to the delay(s), it would have been nice to have them call me to explain the status of repairs vs. me having to go down to the dealership every now and then to find out what was happening. Regardless, the service and attention I received from the Service Dept. (especially Mike and Tracy) was very good. I firmly believe that the true test of how good any product or dealership is is their after sales service. So far so good.
