Very Dissapointed
We have owned our unit from New, had issues with it from New I told them it would be on a lake lot so we were given an complimentary on site service plan because of that reason, I tried using it a time or two but the numbers I had, one was not in service one never returned our call!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! We received a warranty recall so brought it into the dealership to be repaired which was fine but I also asked to have the dealership look at replacing the weather strip around the outside kitchen door, I was told because the warranty had expired there was nothing they could do about it which was SUPPOSED to be replaced long ago by you guys and if you guys had really had wanted and tried it could have been replaced at NO CHARGE to ME!!! All your dealership is really interested in seems to be is selling your units and once off your lot it's out of sight out of mind!!! All Star RV is much much better than YOU guys ever will be obviously!! They bent backwards to please myself and wife when we bought a new unit from them which I know is a sibling dealership to you guys!! Your dealership NEEDS to take lessons on how to please your customers and retain them!!!!!! To add insult to injury it took a month and a half to get it in and back to me which is totally unacceptable we made an appointment for a reason to get it in and out in a decent amount of time WHICH IS NOT a month and a half!! It's not my problem as a customer your dealership doesn't have the technicians to do the repairs in an acceptable amount of time and as a customer we pay the price! My guess is no techs want to work for you guys because of the way you do business! I was given the B.S. story that a whole bunch went back to work in the oilfields which I find hard to believe!! "Excuses are like assholes everyone has one"!!!!!! Your dealership really needs to look at the POOR reviews it has received my past customers like myself and wife!!
