Very Disappointed

Our salesman (not on list) was very pushy and not knowledgable about the product he was selling. When we were given incorrect information, there was no apology or admission of making a mistake. Three examples: We were asked repeatedly to finance the trailer after we said clearly at the trailer show we did not need to finance (the salesman said the dealership made money from the financing to help offset the sale price) We were told by Larry that the company rep had been spoken to and he said there was no spare tire with the model we purchased so we needed to buy one. Yet, in a later phone call, after we clarified that specs listed a spare tire, the tire was located on the trailer. The salesman recommended we not have the tv mounted because it was on a wall behind the shower. He suggested laying the tv on the bed while driving and set it up on arrival. He also said the price did not include installation. When we said we were cancelling the trailer purchase because of concerns about poor dealership service, the salesman said he there was no problem mounting the tv and the cost was already included. When I finally spoke to the sales manager about cancelling our purchase, he was rude and concluded our conversation with "we don't want your money!". Although we loved the trailer, we cancelled the order because of negative feelings we had about the service we had received.
