The Staff Was Insulting, Liars and Didn’T Seem to Care About Our Time or Are Incompentent.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. My husband and I have always had trouble trusting salespeople and this experience cemented that feeling for us. Let me give you the blow by blow. We came down from St. Albert to see the 2011 Flagstaff 831FKLSS. We asked your receptionist to get us a sales person. They were all busy and a grey haired, smaller man said someone was coming. He asked us what we were interested in, and told us were it was and to go ahead and a sales person would catch up. Lyle came, and was nice, he also showed us some other trailers, but we indicated that they were not what we were looking for and went back to the Flagstaff. We came to talk to Lyle to start the bargaining. We had a list of things that needed to be fixed on the trailer but indicated that we could do some of them ourselves. Lyly started the salesman pitch and just as we said that whatever our offer was was all inclusive the grey haired man showed up and asked me if I had my first nation card??? It was a little unsettleing but we went along with it saying it was coming in the mail. (very inappropriate). Now f a sudden grey haired salesperson calls over another sales guy and says "hey, didn't we sell that trailer yesterday"!!!!! I was blown away, not only did we tell everyone from the beginning that that was the trailer we wanted, but they let us look at it for 3 hours, then come and talk to them about buying it. I could not believe it, I was very upset, picked up my dog, got the keys from my husband and walked out. What a bunch of assholes. By the way, Lyle and the other guys (not the grey haired guy) got very quiet and seemed very uncomfortable with what this grey haired guy was trying to pull. Needless to say, we left and will never come back to Western RV, we will also not ever recommend or have a good thing to say about your place of business or salesman in general. Way to go, we would have paid $23,000 all in, but you never gave the bargaining a chance. That grey haired small guy needs a lesson on how to treat people.
