Terrible Service
We recently purchased a new Apex trailer from Okotoks RV. Our initial contact with Mike, our sales rep, was awesome. Subsequently, things went downhill. Our first trip out had us dealing with pink antifreeze flooding our new trailer, with no way to access the area without disassembling the sofa. We were told the PDI was done, however, we find this hard to believe, as even upon the walk thru, we could see water leaking from under the sofa. We took it in for service and were dealt with in a flippant manner. 2 weeks later we go to pick it up and once again, deal with a gong show. No one knew where it was, where was the paperwork, keys, etc? Everyone we came in contact with treated us as though we were an inconvenience to them. Not one person apologized or took into account the 5 hours of our time wasted in just getting this trailer to and from Western for service. We were so completely disappointed.....after spending over $28,000, you would think there would be some appreciation, but there wasn't. A complete re-training of staff at this location is in order. 2 of your best employees are no longer there.....that says something! It's very unfortunate, but we will definitely be taking our RV somewhere else for service in the future.
