Sale Was Very Good. Service Ridiculously Bad.

When I purchased my new motorhome I was feeling pretty good. Mike Kwasek was friendly, knowledgeable and treated us very well. After using the unit a few times we found a number of items needing warranty work. Nothing too major but when you try to book a service appointment it literally takes months to get in. When I brought my unit in for my scheduled appointment service had it for 9 days and still had to order parts for installation later. When the parts came in I again made an appointment months down the road and again when I brought my unit in I was told service was a couple weeks behind. It took a full month from when I dropped it off to get it into the service bay. When I purchased the unit I had much better price quotes from RV Direct in the states but chose to buy local to support local business and be confident that I could get service conveniently as required. So far all I got was the higher local price on the unit and a ridiculously bad service experience.
