Roof Still Leaking Since New and After Repair to Which Was to Fix the Problem

First of all we owned a Travel Air 25.5ft for over a decade with no leaks. We were so excited at the 2015 RV Show in Edmonton to purchase a New 26' Maple Country Trailer. We picked our New Trailer up in the spring and took it out to our Lake lot, the first rain fall of the season water was pouring into the front bedroom soaking the Queen size bed, cupboards etc. We were not happy that this new RV had this kind of a problem the first rain fall, but Western RV did what was right, took the trailer and said they fixed the problem. Well this spring we go out to open up the trailer and right away I could smell a musty smell but didn't think much about it thinking it was from the previous leak and needed to be aired out, I opened up the front compartment from the outside to get something and the news paper I had in there was soaked with water, so I went back into the trailer to look around and saw that the finished paneling beside the bed had de laminated and a brownish water stain on the floor. My wife Deb called Western RV to tell them the trailer is still leaking from somewhere and she got the run around about how it's not covered and it's our responsibility? My wife claims the man in service was rude and ignorant with her with no chance of finishing fixing the leak which should have never happened on a new trailer. Now I'm speaking out as this water problem was a problem when we purchased this trader and picked it up, Western RV needs to fix this issue, this is not something that happened because we've owned it for a few years, this was a problem right from purchase. I woke up this morning as it was raining lastnight and again my pants were on the floor beside my bed and they are soaked from it still leaking from somewhere. This is not exceptible from a reputable company like Western RV, I only ask to stop the bad attitude from service and complete fixing this leak on this new RV. Male or Female both my wife and I own and want to enjoy this RV hoping for years to come, there doesn't have to be negative Attitudes from employees to finish fixing the issue that shouldn't have been with a new trailer.
