Promptly Ignored Leaking Roof Repair on New Coleman

Here is the short version of our story. Purchased a new Coleman 305 trailer. Paid for the PDI and even the extended warranties. Pick up trailer. 2nd weekend out we noticed water damage on the roof/wall of master bed room. Emailed pics and they said to bring it back for repair. Left it there for a week. Went to pick it up and they had done nothing. Said they would order part but sealed the roof so we could use it for the rest of the season. Told us to bring it back in the fall and they would do the repairs then. We opted for early spring. Booked the date to bring it in. Called 10 days prior to confirm. They had no idea that we were booked in and had not ordered the replacement panels/trim etc from the factory. Acting manager (who is the manager of All Star RV in St. Albert) said to bring it in to his shop (2+ hours away). We did and left it for a week. Went back and nothing was done (again). They wanted factory to repair it and factory said they (dealership) can do the repairs. Back and forth for weeks. Finally manager says he has found someone in Edmonton that he can send the unit to for repairs. Said parts are ordered and he will contact us when to bring it in. This was June 2016 (1 YEAR) after we purchased it. That was the LAST contact we ever had from them. Its been near a year now. Thankfully we were able to take the trailer to another authorized Coleman dealer and they did the repairs for us under warranty. This chain just passed the buck and couldn't care less about you after they get the money for a trailer. Avoid like the plague. I have all the emails saved if anyone is interested.
