Hugely Disappointed.

This place is such a scam. My parents bought a trailer from them, and have regretted it ever since. Firstly the sold the trailer with 10 year old PASSENGER CAR TIRES on it. They didn't notice till on the second trip they got a flat. Next trip, another flat. "Sorry, there's nothing we can do". Is the unreal response they gave them. The older salesmen smoked cigarettes while telling them over and over again that EVERYTHING would be checked over before they got possession. They would clean it 100% and it would be ready to go. When we showed up to pick it up we had to wait cause they just noticed the awning was in tatters and had to replace it. They guy who did the walk around knew almost nothing about the unit, or RVs in general. One of the locks wouldn't turn. Rather than quickly replacing it a "technician" came and tried to wiggle the key for 15 mins. No lie. Not sure what he was hoping for. Long story short they likely took 10 mins checking some basics 5 mins before we were to pick it up. Wasn't clean, water tank leaked, hot water tank plug leaked, bearings were low on filthy grease, spare tire was the wrong size as the trailers tires, step was broken and not bolted up properly, stabizing jacks were lose and probably another dozen things I can't recall right now. I've heard from 2 friends who have similar experiences. Salesmen as so pushy too. They picked as 2002 trailer for $12,000 and when they told me I checked their website and found the exact same make and model but a 2012 for only $2000 more. I called mr slime salesmen about it and he tells me that one has a pending deal. "You'll be happy with the one your parents picked". Oh thanks. I called back a few hours later asking about the other trailer, and I'm sure you can guess, no pending deal. There are other RV dealers in Airdrie that you can trust, I won't name them cause anyone of them are better then Western. I'm sure RV dealers in Mogadishu are better than Western. If you want a taste of their business call them up asking to talk to a maneger about an issue you have with a unit you bought. You'll get the "he's not in right now". Call back minutes later and ask for the maneger about a unit your wanting to buy. Magically he'll appear. Once they have your deposit they treat you like a homeless bum living behind their trash can. I've just posted this review everywhere I could. Next I will comment on web forums.
