Great Product, Poor Service

From the beginning. We purchased a Sabre Palamino 5th wheel @ All Star that arrived with different options than we ordered, but told us to get the right one could take 6 weeks, so we took this one and then struggled in Edmonton for 8.5hours to get the right hitch in my truck because AllStar didn't want to pay for the right one. All through the deal, I told them that I wanted the hitch that fits in the factory mounting in my Ford, and again they assured me that is what I was going to get. Then we did our walk around of the camper. Found what we thought were cracks in the decals on the one side. They said "no problem, we will order the decals and you can get them changed in Lloydmonster". Used the camper for the season and brought it into WesternRV in Lloydminster last September for the repairs and get winterized and check the charging system because the battery never would charge. After it sitting there for 8 weeks they finally came up with the conclusion that is was the clear coat that is cracked, not the decals, so I paid for the winterizing and took it home because they needed it out of there because their lot was getting too full and made an appointment for FEB23 for the repairs. They never did look at the charging system. Brought back the trailer for repairs in Feb, and started asking them when I was getting my camper in the first week of April, because I needed it for May long because we had camp sites booked. low and behold, I finally picked up the camper on the last week of June, still not fixed because the original parts were lost, then they were damaged and then they needed to bring someone in to repair it, then.......I was lied to repeatedly. Took it out to Greig Lake, SK after getting it, and got it setup, and the filter housing was broke, the two toilets valves were cracked, the p-trap was busted in the back bathroom because it wasn't winterized properly in Lloyd. After spending a full day going to Cold Lake and Meadow Lake to get the parts to fix the camper so that we had water, finally got it going. Talked to Jessica in Lloydminster, and she said that there wasn't anything that she could do, so talked to Terry W/ AllStar and he said to send an email and he would look into it. Sent 2 emails now, and haven't heard back from him in going on two weeks! I replaced the battery myself, after getting the upgraded battery from time of purchase, and now that is good. I manage a service company of 80 guys, and with this service, I have no idea of how you guys are still open!
