Frustrated
I don't know where to begin.I bought my trailer at the Leduc western rv dealer in May 2015.Its a 2016 western country from the salesperson Aniz.(Hes a good salesperson).upon picking it up on Pdi I found the propane leak at the main fitting which was missed on presentation.I let that one go.Upn the FIRST time using the trailer my awning came loose from the side and my cupboard latches broke ruining my trim.When I brought my trailer in for the awning repair I showed the service writer the location of the repair.When I picked up my trailer it was still not fully repaired.I had to wait in the parking lot as they repaired it.Still I was calm as I also work in the customer service industry as a shop foreman at a chevy dealership.Finally I bring in my trailer on Apr 27/16 for 3 pages of warranty work as I am very unhappy with this trailer as its struggling to last a year but that's not the dealers fault.Thats crossroads.I left my trailer for almost 2 months and I waited for an update on my trailer.I never got a call so I phoned and was told parts were on order and waiting for authorization.All this fine.I know parts can take a whle.Heres where im unhappy.I made agreement with Austin in service to pick up trailer as I am going on holidays.I was told that all repairs were done except the front emblem and the cushion.I told her I would likely pick it up and bring it back but I would let her know.When I realized I needed my trailer I had my wife phone and was told we need to still rip up the floor.Thats news to me.I never heard this before.I said wait on the repair cause I STILL wasn't upset.I told her ill pick it up.When I got there as I live 2hours out of town I got my trailer and then told I would have to get added warranty auth for an extension.Another thing not disclosed to me.I was told I could bring it back when im done with it meaning end of summer I assumed as all my repairs are cosmetic.When I picked up my trailer not 1 thing was repaired!!!It was there for almost 2 MONTHS!!!And why didn't they just tell me that.I would have been fine but telling me its done that's unacceptable.When I talked to the service manager Clayton he just said all he can say is sorry.When asked about why my counter wasn't repaired or my door trim wasn't fixed he said she should have glued it and we have those in stock so I don't know why that wasn't done.I said me either.It seems like my trailer was there parked for 2 months and when I picked it up my battery was dead so how long did it sit!!I can not believe a service dept is run that way.I don't expect much but I do expect my trailer to be repaired when im told it is.I bought my trailer from you and bring my service to you.I feel as once you sold me my trailer it was so long sucker.I feel for Aniz though as I will never buy a trailer from any western rv or recommend anyone as long as the service is run this way.There needs to be changes in service and management.
