Fast and Fair Service Outside Warranty
I called service at 4:30pm on a Tue, and discussed a serious suspension issue on my 2015 5th wheel. I was advised to bring it to the dealership at opening on Wed morning and they would inspect it for service. I was given suggestions to ensure the fault did not get worse while driving it to the dealership. At reception I was greeted promptly and immediately techs looked at the issue with my trailer. Before I could make a coffee they had my rig on jacks, and began a fix in front of the service bays. I got an invoice opened and itemized parts were added plus actual time being worked on was charged. What could have ruined my May long weekend travel plans turned out to be a quick and inexpensive fix. Cant thank the service writers and more importantly the techs for getting me in/out in record time. The comment was made that safety items take priority and I think thats a great attitude. Good job all around.
