Extremely Dissappointed

had appointment for my trailer April 21 in lloyd witch i bought at western in leduc. plus two other trailers my family has bought at western rv . after trying to get into leduc service shop but never could i asked if i could take it to lloydminster .they said sure .so i phone jessica made appt. for april 21 took my trailer in they helped me unhook it (5th wheel with broken landing gear) one of the rv techs went in ordered the parts said they had them in calgary would be there tomorrow . wow great service but i would have to leave it. no problem they asked me if i bought the extented warranty yes i did great the tech said i just ordered $1000 worth of parts i left feeling i was getting great service just as the sales treated me when we bought the trailers . but it all stopped there i phoned back friday april 24 to see if it was done so i could pick it up .jessica said she was waiting for approval from the ext warranty i said remember i need the trailer back by may first she said she would call when she had more info she had never dealt with this ext warranty co before i fall for that so i kept calling all week long she kept lying to me .on may first i called her she said just waiting for approval couldnt order parts with out that approval. so i phoned the ext warranty co myself ( i was a service manager for 25 years) talk to tony he said it was approved today may first THE SAME DAY HE GOT THE CLAIM !!!!!! WHAT HAPPENED TO APRIL 21 ? i called back may 4 jessica said she was waiting for a parts list so she could get a approval from the ext warranty co ? I CALLED BACK TO TONY AT FIRST CANADIAN BY THIS TIME HE IS PISSED AT WESTERN RV SHES GIVING THEM A BAD NAME he phones her back tells her ITS APPROVED PLEASE FIX IT . I HAVE PROBABLY CALLED HER 14 TIME OVER THE 17 DAYS MY TRAILER HAS BEEN THERE SHE ALWAYS SAYS OK DON I WILL CHECK INTO THIS AND CALL YOU BACK (SHE HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK ) WOW . UPDATE AS OF TODAY MAY 8 WE HAVE ORDERED THE PARTS SHE WILL CALL ME BACK TONIGHT TO LET ME KNOW WHEN THE TRAILER WILL BE DONE GUESS WHAT SHE NEVER CALLED BACK I CALLED HER BACK AT 5PM SHE HAD NO ANSWER FOR ME WOW I AM STARTING TO THINK SHE DONT CARE ABOUT MY TRAILER LOL WHAT A JOKE I HAVE NEVER HAD SERVICE LIKE THIS BEFORE NOBODY CARES
