Extremely Disappointed/Very Poor After Sales Customer Service
My salesmen was great but unfortunately once you guys get your money that's where all things good end. I was talked into the "piece of mind " front to back all systems checked and repaired $496 PDI inspection which sounds like it should be mandatory for any dealer to do before selling any trailer without an extra charge like most other reputable dealers do . But with everything that it covers I could be out a lot more money if I don't do it. Unfortunate once I did the walk through then got it home and get to go through things myself I soon realised nothing was actually inspected or fixed as the PDI list promises. Then when I confront them about the issues all you guys did is deny and give me the run around. It seems like the biggest issue is Dane the manager that unfortunately is rude, ignorant, doesn't care about customer service after the sale and will not honour conditions that are written on contracts. Its all about the sale for this guy. The latest response im getting as to why none of the PDI issues are being taking care of as per Dane is that the $496 option that i paid for ( and is even listed on the bill of sale) was an internal error and that i never paid for it, it just had to be listed on the paper work. What a scam you guys got going on. I specifically asked for that option and documented it and paid for it.
