Don’T Waste Your Time.

Me and my wife purchased a Coleman trailer in 2014 from the western RV country dealership in Grand Prairie. At first we were very impressed, we were pushed into covering our trailer in the highest extended warranty package they offered, which at the time seemed like our best hope at keeping our trailer covered in all instances. From complete interior and exterior extended warranty should anything happen, we were told even the smallest stain on the carpet or tear in the leather it would be fixed or replaced. Complete scam, we've had outside trim falloff, a tear in the vinyl off our slide just from opening it and closing it, in the interior we have had countless things just fall off from shoddy craftsmanship, the first time we filled our water tank, a hose was cracked and it leaked all over, just recently we had a leak in the roof, we were told that's not their problem, that since the time that we had bought the camper they have "Hired" new staff and those things that were covered when we bought it are no longer listed under that package so we had to fix and repair all of these damages ourselves. That if we had a problem with that then "we should try to take them to court". I am completely disgusted by everything we have dealt with by western RV Country and will not be recommending them. Ever. In fact I will do my best to deter anyone who has them in mind.
