Do Not Waste Your Time Like I Did at This Place!

I was looking to buy a new tent trailer and I went to Western RV as a result of a recommendation from a friend. I found the right unit for my family and I (Palomino Basecamp Edition 10 DFG). I put down a deposit and scheduled a walkthrough/pick-up appointment for 3pm on 5/5/15. I showed up at 2:30pm and we started right away. The walkthrough went fine until the time came to close up the unit and be on our way. It wouldn't close up? So they worked on it for the next 3 hours and finally determined that this unit wasn't going anywhere. They told me at that point they would get another new unit in for me right away (the next day). On the day that i was to pickup this new unit I get a call saying they "shipped my unit to Kelowna"! They then tell me that they are refunding my deposit and I am no longer buying the trailer? Seriously? The customer service at this palce is non-exsistant, the only reason why I am writing this to help save any potential customers the heartache and inconvience that I have experienced. WESTERN RV only cares about taking your money, don't be fooled people! Go elsewhere, there are a lot of better places out there that are willing to work with and for you. I cannot express how utterly disappointed and upset about how all of this played out. Lies, Lies and more lies is all that is promised when dealing with Western RV! If I could give 0 stars I would have!
