Disappointed and Regretful

We're almost to the point where we are sorry we ever bought this unit from your company! Your service department is dismissive, rude and with the same unacceptable reasons for not getting service. We have been waiting six weeks for a quote for an insurance claim. If this is how you treat a subject like this it makes me wonder if the department is capable of rendering warranty work on a unit that we purchased from you in a timely manner. They don't return phone calls when messages are left. In a society where there is a lot of competition you would think customer service would be a priority. Everytime we have come in there, there is an excuse on why the department can't do something in a timely manner. I'm tired of the excuses! I don't care whether you call us. But thought you should be aware of how that department represents your company.
