Disappointed

I am not sure if the staff is at fault or the manufacture or both. I brought our RV in for its first 2 year check-up. This was mainly for the protective coating. We had a couple of other issues. The outside kitchen door had what appeared to be rust on the bottom inside edge. The awning did not close properly, on the front bracket. And one tires was showing cracks on the side wall. Long story short, on the kitchen door we were told to "pound sand" (expression). It was rust and there was nothing they could do? The awning, I guess needed new material and the tire needed a new tire and rim. The material was replaced. The tire and rim were still on order from the factory. We could not wait any longer. Our first long vacation with the trailer was planned for the beginning of June. The tire was just, eventually , replaced with a tire from a local tire shop. This was fine by me. We phoned at the beginning of March to book it in. We were told to have it there for April 21. We did not get it back until May 28, with a dead battery. Disappointed. We charged the battery and went on our trip. The battery would not hold a charge and it had to be replaced on our trip. Very disappointed. Looking at other options, next time. Do not recommend Western RV.
