Disappointed

Bought a RV for a year. I bought it in Sept 2014 and hope summer 2015 I can just enjoy my new car. My RV been called back for factory zeal. There are a few more problems I found out after I really try to enjoy my ride for the first time. The horrible problems from the beginning are: 1. The outside fridge never works 2. Cup holders are missing 3. The vent doesn't close properly and whenever it rains, water is coming in 4. Cooking hood is not working at all. As I am going to leave my RV for a week to fix the zeal, I did tell them what the problems are. It happened in May 2015. The service person take care of my RV quit and we have no idea that all the parts have not been ordered after at least 6 times I called and email the department. I finally get through without asking me to call for someone else while I was being pushed by different department and staffs. I left so many message and email and no one ever call me back. I finally get hold of Debbie on the 2nd time for me an answer on the parts I ordered 2 months now. First time she said the parts needed 6-8 weeks to deliver. Second time, she told me that she finally noticed the parts never been ordered. Candace & Debbie said they will call me back and it never happened. I waited a couple days every time before I tried to get hold of them again. Finally I noticed that the parts and the fridge that never work from the beginning never been ordered and no one could follow up for me and tell me when am i expecting all the defeats I'm facing since I bought the RV. The warranty is no longer valid and I am paying extended warranty. I was told that they will call again and tell me when they place the order and update me the status. Of course it's another wait and I tried to call and no one pick up the phone, no one email me back for another week of time. I am so disappointed and hope that I have never get the RV from them. I live in Calgary SW and takes me extra effort to visit Airdrie for service. I regret it and so upset now. I don't know what I should do as summer is almost over now. I wonder the place will slow down and finally get to follow up with me.
