Awesome Service, Just Like when We Purchased Our Trailer
The level of service is the best around. Clayton (service manager in Leduc) provided me the best service for my money, and I didn't walk away feeling that I just over paid or was ripped off. In fact I felt that Clayton helped save me money. Unfortunately some of the parts he is forced to work with are terrible, such as the cheap trim on the edge of the cupboards. Our trim shrunk after only a year of owning our trailer, and we were informed that the trim they were allowed to use from the factory would just shrink again, so I'm not sure what other manufacturers use? This is a factory issue though, not a Wester RV issue per say. I would recommend the service department at Western to anyone. Great, honest, and nice people. Thanks again Clayton.
