Amazing Customer Service

We purchased a new RV from Western RV in Grande Prairie. Daryl, Bonnie, Wolf, and Danielle made this buying experience so easy. We walked on the lot and found the trailer we wanted to purchase. It was close to closing time when we decided this is what we wanted to do but that didn't seem to matter to Daryl. He sat and talked to us answering our questions and filling out the paperwork. He then sent it off to Bonnie. The next day Bonnie contacted my husband for additional paperwork. He was out working but that was no problem for her and in the end we had an approval quickly. The company she went through to finance our RV was a step by step process. This process wasn't stressful or hard, just time consuming. Bonnie kept apologizing to us for the amount of time it was taking. To us it wasn't a big deal as we needed to have a fifth wheel hitch installed in our pickup. Danielle set up the install of the fifth wheel hitch for us. We dropped our truck off and had the hitch installed without any problems. The next day we picked up our new fifth wheel. Wolf took us through the trailer showing us all we needed to know. There was an issue with a light on the back of the trailer so they told us to come back and they will fix it. Turns out they ordered a new part without question. The entire process took us a week and we were camping.
