My realtor recommended Western Construction Systems for repairs needed on a home I was purchasing in Beaverton, and I am so happy that she did. Justin came out to do an inspection and repair recommendations , free of charge even though the property was not purchased yet. The proposal was very complete and detailed, so much so that we were actually able to have the Seller of the home pay for the cost of the repairs before agreeing to the sale. Tyler and crew were able to do a very efficient and professional restoration of the foundation. All I can say is WOW, from start to finish. I am selling the home I am moving from in Eugene, and I will be using this outstanding company again for needed issues on that home.
Foundation repair well done
The project manager gave me an estimate and explained the process clearly at our first meeting. His crew came in and did a fast, thorough job, and finished a day earlier than projected. Customers should expect a certain amount of mild smells and dust during the project. The foundation looks very nice. They cleaned up well afterwards and I felt like they were trustworthy to have in my house during the day. T

Foundation Repair and French Drain
Very happy with WCS. They showed up on time, completed the work as we had discussed and cleaned up when they were done. They even cleaned up additional mess that was not caused by them, leaving the space in better condition than when they started. Juan walked the project with me when they were done to make sure everything met my expectation. I had one minor issue which he addressed before leaving. I would recommend WSC without hesitation.
Great job - fast and efficient
Dave came for a site visit and I explained my foundation concerns and he suggested a good fix to address those concerns. A timely plan was made to do the fix that piggy backed on another job they were doing in my area that reduced my cost. That was much appreciated. The job was done quickly and efficiently.

garage floor repair
Justin months ago came out and suggested how their group could repair our concrete garage floor, which had heaved up at the center joint 2 or 3 inches. The competition made a case that we needed to do extensive foundation jacking up, injections, crawl space containment, etc. to the tune of over $30K. Justin recommended Western Const. remove the center of our slab and level and replace it with a re-enforced concrete pour, which would never move again. He did not think that the problem had anything to do with the house settling. We did that at a fraction of the cost of the competitive proposal. The cause of our floor problem was tree roots! We are a happy customer!

We cannot thank Justin and the team he sent to fix our home enough! When the kitchen floor was sinking north when Rob and family came over they noticed immediately. Now the doors are staying put and the bathroom shower door opens and shuts and we were looking to the expense of getting it fixed. You all saved us dollars. Many Million Thanks! And the kitchen floor is noticeable by all the family.....it is now not making them nauseous. The stove is more level and you all are number one excellent in what happy I found you at the Home Show in Portland. Excellent service and work
We are completely satisfied with Western Construction. James was very professional and attentive during the estimate phase and was both easy to communicate with when needed and very clear and complete with planning. They were transparent about options from both a technical and financial perspective. They actually helped us save a significant amount of money by providing options. The completed work is great and they provided us with the means to do touch-ups as needed or desired.

Prompt estimate and repair
Justin was able to come earlier than originally scheduled to provide an estimate and discuss the issue with me. Once we decided to do the work the office worked with us to schedule the job early to allow us to meet our deadline.

Perfection
Thank you for helping me with a new Sump Pump. I called over half a dozen other companies and I heard nothing but excuses because “they” didnt install it originally. This company was the only one that would help! The quality of service that I received was nothing short of Perfection!
Why does it take 9 months before you respond to your proposal.
I called a couple of times and received no response. Nine months later you send me an email on our project. Does that mean it would take five years before you would start on the project?
We sold the house in October, and purchased a new home in West Salem. We need help with new concrete pad to be added, but I am not sure I can wait until I turn 80 for a second proposal and wait a couple of years later for completion.
