Disappointed and Extremely Poor Customer Service

Ive had western do a few jobs in the past, and have been happy with the work,, which is why I keep coming back. This job was extremely disappointing. I have let them know of my disappointment and have heard nothing from them for 2 weeks. I then got an email saying that customer service is extremely important to them and to please write a review. I wasn't going to, but since you asked, and I have heard nothing... here it is. Your men showed up at the work site, said they were putting in an 8 foot beam, and not leveling the floor. A couple hundred dollars worth of materials and around 2 hours work for $3600. They finished and the dip remained. They said they were not to level the floor. Which was part of the point of having you fix it, who wants a kitchen with an almost 2 inch dip in it? After they installed the beam, I spoke to tyler about leveling it, so they tried to shim it, and ended up having to dig out a post a bit, and resupport it. They then lifted it, the dip is now less, but because they kept all the original shims in place, there is now a hump near the fridge. The entire kitchen was also left structurally unsound because half of the kitchen still sits on a single 2x4 as opposed to the beam going across the kitchen that tyler spoke of. Yes, the proposal states 8 feet. I didn't measure the kitchen, tyler did during the proposal quote, and he informed me that there would be a beam supporting the entire kitchen to make it structurally sound and "solid as a rock... it will take care of the mushy parts". Tyler said all the right things. Needless to say I feel like I was a victim of bait and switch, i feel taken advantage of, my kitchen is still not structurally sound, after I had someone come and fix it. I am extremely disappointed with what I was told vs what was done. As I said, I was extremely busy and stressed during the proposal process, and knew I could trust a company I had worked with multiple times with in the past, but mainly with the twins. This is why I find companies I can trust. I didn't even get a second quote, as I didn't have the time or patience to deal with it at the time.
