A friend referred Western Construction Systems to me and I was very happy with their service from all the staff. We had foundation issues and water seepage that needed to be addressed. WCS was able to do the work sooner than anticipated and on budget. I definitely recommend them.
David and his crew, were on time, very professional and they did an AWESOME JOB!

I called the boys at Western Construction Systems awhile back regarding a nasty leak in our basement. The original workmen on our house left a 2x4 exposed through the foundation wall, and after about 10 years, it sprung a leak. Water would literally pour in after a big storm. I showed this problem to Justin and David, and they said no prob! With a terrific bid in hand, I said, 'Lets go for it.' In a few hours, the guys had the foundation wall looking like brand new, no evidence that a 2x4 had ever been there, and of course, "NO LEAKS!" Alriight!!! Way to go Arana's!! Will tell all my friends about WCS. Merry Christmas.

Not sure how I located Western Construction Systems but glad I did. Through their efforts drainage and standing water issues have been resolved. Justin is who I've worked with. He's a hard working and honest individual. I've recommended this company to family and friends and have received the same feedback as I have given.
After having Western find a solution to a very problematic earthquake retrofit for my 120 year old Portland house that was extremely and exhaustively well done, I used them again for the drainage problem we encountered after a huge basement flood. They found the time, in their very busy schedule, to fit us in and again, found a perfect solution to make sure we don't have to worry about flooding again. They are definitely my go-to for practically anything structural this old house needs. Can't recommend enough!
This is the second job I have had Western Construction do at my home. They do a fantastic job. Everyone is friendly, answers questions readily, and most of all leave the work site looking better than when they started. I have the highest recommendation for them. The only negative comment I have is that it takes a long time to get on their schedule. A successful company is a busy one!

This is the second time I have western construction for problems with my house. In both instances I was impressed. They arrived on time and were finished in the time they said it would take. Their workmanship was first class, their crews were courteous and friendly and their clean up was excellent. Their estimates were fair and there was no surprises when the job was done. I would recommend them to everyone, and have already done so.

Western Construction recently completed a Seismic Retrofit of our 58 year old home. The work crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. They completed the work on time and on budget.
Tyler and his crew at Western Construction Systems arrived on time and professionally delivered excellent level of service in retrofitting my foundation to qualify me for lower cost earthquake insurance. The team exhibited the highest degree of mechanical skill and problem solving, as well as great customer service. They came highly recommended by a neighbor who emphasized that they are local, lower cost, professional and reliable. I will trust all future foundation repairs to Western.
This was a great experience at every point. Everyone did exactly what they said they were going to do. The work looks great. Everyone was a total pro who obviously knew what they were looking at and what to do about it. Tyler, Juan and Frank have my thanks for great service and communication. I'll definitely recommend WCS given the opportunity. Incidentally, I called one of your primary competitors for an estimate on this job, and they inspired precisely zero confidence by their presentation. The guy didn't know what he was looking at, spent two hours at my house, and then NEVER actually gave me an estimate even after I called him twice. Ridiculous. Tyler had it diagnosed and knew exactly what he'd do within two minutes. Thank you for a really good experience and solution for what could have been a terrible problem.

I waited a long time saving money for our basement repair and looking forward to the project. It was indeed a good chioice to use WCS. At my employment I run trades far different from this specialty skill and I appreciate the way it was handled as we were away on vacation. Beyond this I may have added a few more questions for their staff meetings! Thanks, office folks good too.
