Very impressed with WCS and would recommend them to anyone wanting to have their home retrofitted for earthquake protection. From start to finish there were not any issues; with appointments on time and follow-up as needed. Actual crew that did the retrofit did an excellent job; fast and thorough. Project manager Tyler was very helpful in coordinating the job and seeing that everything was done correctly. They really want the customer to be satisfied. All for a reasonable price. Have already made a couple of referrals.

Very professional staff and coordination of the work. Tyler made suggestions as to how to resolve the water issues (leaking into the foundation vents) . Juan who did the install of foundation vent wells arrived on time, was pleasant and did a very thorough job. Cleaned up the area before he left and explained if had any issues to contact the company. I found them through their Facebook ads as well as on TV. Will use them again if any foundation/drainage issues come up. I most definitely would recommend their work to others.

Despite coming out to look at our house, you did not provide us with an estimate at all despite saying you would. Today you sent us a form-letter proposal template that is BLANK. What kind of idiots are you? We had that work done last month by a very competent team from another company whose representative gave us his estimate before he left our house after performing a very thorough assessment. I have since told at least three other homeowners about this other company's professionalism and how your company obviously does not want any business.
I called for a free inspection of our crawl space based on hearing an ad on the radio. Our experience was the best! Tyler Reitzer came to check things out and was on time, kind, courteous, professional, took pictures, explained things down to the smallest detail, was patient, and even referred us to another company who could unclog a drain...and then offered us options for future solutions. There was zero pressure and lots of information to help us make informed choices. The job entailed waterproofing the basement, retrofitting for earthquake, and foundation repair (cracks) and strengthening. Western happened to be doing the job during record rainfall in February and managed to complete the job on time and 3 weeks later my basement is bone dry. The employees were all extremely polite and helpful, answered any questions I had, and the clean up at the end of the job was immaculate. I am really pleased with their work and would highly recommend this company!
Overall we were very satisfied with the work coordinated by Western Construction Systems. I very much appreciated the phone calls before coming out and the prompt response by all teams. We had a foundation repair, moisture barrier replaced and a sump pump installed. We did have to hire a separate plumber to come out and complete the drainage pipe. All parties were professional and pleasant to work with. We had a few questions about the sump pump that needed follow up, but these were resolved with a couple of phone calls and a revisit by technicians. The electrician came out a second time to install a GFCI as required by the first inspector. Also, I had not read the contract carefully enough and didn't realize the electrician's bill was in addition to the overall bid.
They gave a detailed overview of what the inspection found. He made suggestions of what work we could do and services They provide. The price quote was reasonable. The 2 repair men were very professional and gave us a completion review and a couple new findings. Very good. I recommend their services.
They did a retrofit and an egress window in my basement. The work was done well despite significant weather complications. Some unexpected complications arose and they were very quick to respond and adjust the plan in a very reasonable manner. They were very professional at all times and very knowledgeable I would recommend them highly.
