Totally Satisfied

David was very good about listening to my concerns and advising based on his expertise. I do suggest that he takes the time to be more detailed about the agreement when writing the contract. He understood when I explained that I was getting the windows installed first and that it would be a few months before I could afford the basement repair. I appreciated David rescheduling his time to come by to address some additional issues that had incurred with the window installation. He was very fair about the additional cost and the fact that it was going to take an additional half day into his company's busy calendar.
I appreciated that when I called to reserve dates on the calendar that they were still there when I called back a few months later. We reconfirmed deposit needed to start the project.
John was EXCELLENT in his detailed work. He was very diligent considering he was working alone. You would have thought he was part of the "company family" how he utilized his time. When I had questions he was very thorough in explaining to me. Having had my own company with employees in the past, I was impressed when he told me that he had only been working for WCS for one year. I certainly thought he performed like a journeyman foreman. The two days that John had assistance, he still performed as the "in charge" person. Not to say that the other two men weren't fine.
