“Too Many Cooks in the Kitchen!”
My last experience hiring WC was very professional, efficient and of high quality workmanship. This time however, they were very disorganized from start to finish. First, I had to call to see if I had even been put on their schedule, since I didn't hear from them for 5 months. Then was told I had to make a down payment before they would schedule the work. I never received a quote until after that call. My project was rather small, but it took 7 different employees and 4 days to complete. Seriously! Talk about a receipt for miscommunication. For the cost of the project, I had expected better.
