Grateful
With big rains in November of 2021 my basement suffered from severe water damage. Collin Andra from Western Construction could hear the panic in my voice on the phone and was here within 24 hours to assess the damage and where my foundation was failing. He put together a plan and had an emergency team in place in a short period of time. The first fix of under slab drainage and a sump pump took care of the front of the house as well as rerouting outside gutter drainage. More problems arose in the back half of the basement and the need for cracks in walls to be injected was necessary. Collin was there day and night to answer texts and to make sure all problems were handled. He is a wonderful addition to the company. I have recommended them to several people.
