Garage Floor Repair
Justin months ago came out and suggested how their group could repair our concrete garage floor, which had heaved up at the center joint 2 or 3 inches. The competition made a case that we needed to do extensive foundation jacking up, injections, crawl space containment, etc. to the tune of over $30K. Justin recommended Western Const. remove the center of our slab and level and replace it with a re-enforced concrete pour, which would never move again. He did not think that the problem had anything to do with the house settling. We did that at a fraction of the cost of the competitive proposal. The cause of our floor problem was tree roots! We are a happy customer!
