Customer Service the Way It is Supposed to Be

This was our first experience with a leaking concrete wall flooding into the basement. We called several firms and each one seemed to have their particular approach they advocated. David came out for a free examination and explained all the types of processes that we could do and gave the pros and the cons of each one. In a short 10 minute discussion I knew what was the right thing to do and most importantly why. David aligned our expectations and was honest in that this was a very busy time but he would try to work us in sooner if they had an opening. Within 2 weeks they called with an opening and were out the next day. The crew wanted to make sure we understood each process and showed me and my wife what was happening with each step. They cleaned up and even painted a short wall that was not included so that it would match the rest of the room. Just a great experience. Aligning expectations and customer service - it is what a great business does well and they did it to perfection. Most importantly it has rained 8 inches in the last 10 days and not a drop of water in the basement.
