Couldn’T Be Happier.

I am exyremely satisfied with the basement waterproofing that was done at my house. From my first meeting with the representative through the completion of the project, the Western Construction Systems team, products, and services delivered were professional, high quality, and done with care. The rep was very willing to work with me through all my questions and requests. Elijah and the construction team were also very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Elijah answered my questions illustrating his understanding of the whole system's inner workings and the individual parts. He communicated well the goals of each day and the wrap up report at the end of the day. The work was done with craftsmanship and integrity. I felt my house and property were treated with respect. They did an excellent job cleaning up after the job. Originally, I wanted to go with Western because of the superior quality of the waterproofing system.(SO, far above the competitors) Every step of the way, each person that I worked with represented the company well, made me feel like a valued customer and proved to me that I made the right choice putting my money and faith in the WCS as a whole company.
