Before purchasing, I had bulging and cracking inside and out in the foundation of my 1912 craftsman, along with improper drainage on a steep slope. David Arana responded quickly with a proposal that made it possible to obtain a lower price. Despite an unexpected cold snap, snow and ice storm, his crew traveled from Salem to the Gorge. They initially worked in my basement with no heat. When a crew member fell sick and went home, he was quickly replaced by Justin Arana. They used an infrared heater to make the concrete set, slogged through the mud and snow to dig drain trenches, even after the ground froze, and never complained. The quality of their work is outstanding, they are true professionals! I have already recommended them to others.
