Caution – Poor Service

I was promised photographs of the work done in my crawl space. The guys who did the "repairs" (and I put in quotes because with no photographs I cannot confirm they did anything in the crawl space) promised to take photographs of the work done in the crawl space and email them to me. I have requested these photographs now five times. Of course, they are demanding payment but they have not finished the job without the photographs. Also they left a three-inch concrete screw in my driveway. The vents put in the front of the house have very CHEAP doors that won't stay shut. They are less thick than cardboard and flimsy. The guys either left these vents open in the rainy cold winter or the doors opened after they closed them. Also I asked the guys to back their truck up because they did the work on garbage day and I wanted the garbage truck to be able to get to my garbage containers. The guys did not back up the truck apparently because my garbage was not picked up. Also, they charge a huge fee to get a debit or credit card payment. They do not use online payment options. They will accept checks if you use checks anymore. So I will have paid over $60 in fees by the time I pay off the outstanding amount. I am not happy with this company and cannot verify the work they did is up to standard with no photographs as promised.
