Always Professional, Thorough, and Efficient
When we purchased our 93 year old home, we knew what we were getting into. The basement was already moist and when it rained the water would weep through the walls. Western Construction has since worked with us to seal the basement from outside moisture. They explained why this was happening, the process, and what to expect. Ultimately the basement is dry. The combination of above ground grading and below ground waterproofing has allowed us to use the space for this and that. They have also been back when spot water has been located. It is rare, but when we did a large yard remodel, we had to make some adjustments to the walls. Again, it was quick and professional.
