I'm not at all disappointed with this surgery center. My Daughter who is 6 went in for a tonsil and adnoidectomy Dr. Robertson was very attentive and informative. ( I was impressed by is calm and caring nature) , he answered all our questions, he was patient with us and never seemed rushed. My Daughter was treated well and I truely felt she was in good hands. The only reason my review is 4 stars and not 5 is because We were asked to wait in our car during surgery instead of the waiting room, I wasn't informed when she was out of surgery, only after she woke up . Other than those things I have No complaints.
I highly recommend this surgery center. Yesterday I had my first surgery ever, and the experience was as pleasent as surgery could be! Everybody was super friendly, starting with the receptionist and assistants. I was very well informed and treated wonderfully. Not only was everybody very nice, but they were funny too, which I loved. Every person I dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable. It was fast, faster than expected actually, and I left there feeling great.
Dr. Ryan Stevens was my Dr and he did a wonderful job, along with his assistants.
I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for a related surgery!
