This was my first time seeing this dentist office and it was perfect. The dentist and his staff were very friendly, kind and accommodating! I have autism and they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and addressed all my sensory needs! I still don’t like going to the dentist, but I’ll go and see Dr. Schwab! He was so kind and was able to answer all my questions without judgment- wonderful!
As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff. They were prompt at getting me started on my scheduled appointment time. Informative and confident each step of the way. Fun/Friendly and Professional. What a great team! I’m actually excited to go back!
Immediately from the start as I walked in the door I was treated with A nice warm smile from Katherine who checked me in I sat down for maybe a few minutes and I was taken back to the room. Everything explained to me by KRISTY who is so knowledgeable and professional. She explained to me the Process did a quick look at what needed to be taken care of and then she went and grabbed Dr. Schwab and brought him back. Dr. Schwab is an incredibly nice Doctor Who it makes you feel at ease for the second he walks in the door. After his exam and explanation of what would happen in my process, I was taken back to Katherine in the front who went over all the financials. This place really words cannot describe how nice it was and how comfortable it was to go in there.
The staff was nice and very professional. What struck me the most was their concern about my comfort/discomfort while probing my mouth. I’ve definitely found a dentist for myself and my family.
Hygienist Nikki was very competent, professional and personable. Not only did she explain each step, she answered my many questions and we talked about each other's dogs. I appreciate that the work areas have up to date equipment and that Nikki is well-schooled and has invested in the best tools of her trade. I had total confidence in the care she provided. Dr Schwab is friendly, not rushed and took time to answer several questions and to explain TMJ anatomy and physiology. This was the easiest dental visit to schedule, insurance paid for everything and the office staff were very friendly. I'm 61 years old and can easily state that this was the best, most complete dental visit I've ever had. They have assembled the best people in their field. I recommend Waco Family Dentistry to everyone. You've tried the rest, right here is the BEST!
