1-Star Review of Vero Espresso

i asked for avocado toast and spent $14 i got these two sad end pieces and i went back in to question and they were very nice and thanked me for speaking up, made me a bigger piece but this time didn’t add any seasoning at all. alright seasoning isn’t that big of a deal but the fact i am paying money and you are unable to put salt + pepper on it. you should not be able to call yourself a cafe. i’m not going back which is unfortunate cause my coffee was bomb and the vibes were good like why would you serve a paying customer a piece of bread the size of a tomato ❤️

Intentional and full of character. I love that it’s in a neighborhood, easily accessible for locals. The food!!! I had a breakfast bagel and it was so delicious! I also had a lavender latte which was delightful. It’s not overstimulating with loud music and there is space to spread out. Great to come alone or meet a friend. I wish I lived closer so I could come more frequently

I love Vero! I’ve lived in the neighborhood and I always feel like I’m really treating myself when I go there. The prices are really reasonable (it’s hard to find somewhere with warm drinks under $5.00 but y’all manage), everything is always tasty and fresh, and the atmosphere feels like it was designed for you to bring your laptop and study for a few hours. It’s amazing to find somewhere where you feel like you’re indulging in a luxury while spending reasonable amounts of money.

Beautiful building in downtown Eugene serving great coffee and breakfast items. Gf bread is available. Service was very friendly and quick. Lovely study spot as well.

My favorite coffee shop. Love the homey atmosphere like a big community living room in a neat old house. I get the Cafe Borgia every time with a breakfast sandwich or quiche.
