I went to Verizon in Albany, and worked with Hannah. I had a complicated case of transferring my family to Verizon from ATT, and also unraveling a complicated issue I got into with the Verizon application process (too long to describe here). She was able to work the problems professionally, expediently, fairly, and in the end I walked away quite happy I have made the switch to Verizon. She was well versed on the processes and tools available to her and she found a way to get my issues sorted. THANK YOU to HANNAH, and VERIZON.

NEW ENTRY 1 YEAR LATER - I returned to Verizon Wireless in Albany because I've not been able to send or receive texts. Ryan got me sorted out in short order. What a pleasure to have help on the spot! Love this Verizon store for their kind & expert help! A YEAR AGO - The Verizon flip phone I carry for emergencies (don't judge me) no longer worked once 3G was no longer supported. I wanted in-person help with the phone and with restoring the type of plan I used to have. I showed up without an appointment & Brandon was available to help. He solved every issue (including a free replacement flip phone! and the plan I wanted!) I expected pain & frustration but instead I got my problems quickly and pleasantly solved. Thanks Brandon & Verizon store!
