Nicholas was friendly professional and knowledgeable. This is a very good store with well trained helpful sales people and a well fitted store with all phones on display. The other professional on duty was also friendly and capable as I heard part of the conversation with that client as well. Good location and they have a water cooler for a cold cup of water on a hot day.

Very clean and easy. The man who helped me--kevin--was extremely patient and nice. Answered all of my questions and found a plan and a phone that fit for me. :)

Our representative (Nick) went way over and above to make sure we got the phones we wanted, when we wanted them. We have been Verizon customers before, this is in fact extraordinary service. We have had Sprint, Xfinjty, and Tmobile. The companies each have their own issues, but I can so for sure that the customer service that we received from Nick has us sharing the experience with all our family and friends! Verizon should do everything possible to reward and duplicate his behavior.
