Vallis Property Management, LLC

We’ve used Vallis property management for our rental in Salem for the past year. Amy and her team are the best! They are very friendly, responsive and professional. The property has needed a couple minor repairs and Vallis has coordinated the contractors from start to finish. They send monthly reports on the property and always keep you in the loop. Vallis makes owning a rental easy and I highly recommend them.

Our team hired vallis to locate and manage tenants for a duplex we built in Keizer. Their team exceeded our expectations of market rent and found great residents for us. We recommend their services

Goodman property has AMAZING landlords. They are so responsive, kind, and always get things done in a timely manner. They have been our landlords for the past year and I am amazed at how much they care for their tenants. They also make sure that there is an open communication between them and you so that you are all on the same page. They are extremely professional and flexible. Thanks for making our first year here in Oregon easy! If you ever have the opportunity to rent, rent from them! I highly recommend Goodman Property Management LLC.
