I needed a toilet reseated, so I called Up A Creek and couldn't be happier with the results. On time appointment. In and out with the repairs. Cleaned and wiped up whatever mess was made. Very friendly, professional, and courteous. If you are in need of any plumbing needs, I would go with them. I already have them scheduled to reseat my other toilet! Thanks for awesome work!
Sean at Up a Creek Plumbing is an absolute legend. Professional, honest, and just downright awesome. This is the third time he’s come to the rescue, and every single project has been top-tier. What sets Sean apart? His integrity. He tells it like it is—no fluff, no upsells—just honest, expert advice. If it needs fixing, he fixes it. Fast. Right. The first time. Scheduling can take a little patience (the guy’s in high demand for a reason), but trust me—he's worth the wait. No matter what the job throws at him—leaks, surprises, or water spraying everywhere—Sean sees it through with total professionalism and a calm confidence that makes you feel you're in the best hands. His commitment to doing things right, staying on budget, and taking the time to explain every step of the process is unmatched. Even when you’re "Up a Creek," Sean makes sure you’re never stuck. Thanks again, Sean. Looking forward to the next project—though hopefully with a little less heat this time.
Up a Creek Plumbing did an excellent job. I had a leak in my bathtub and they did a great job fixing it..still had a small drip and they came out next day and made sure it was fixed with no additional charges. I will for sure recommend them to everyone I know..
Shaun did a great job adding a new back yard hose faucet. He came for the bid and fit the job in that day. This included some tight crawling under our house and clever routing the pipe through our mud room cabinet as flush and discrete as possible. He’s clearly a perfectionist. Did a great job with the project. Helped me cite the exact location with solid professional advice. Never rushed the conversation. I was curious about the process and he was very willing to let me observe as he worked. We had a nice conversation and I learned a lot about plumbing! He’s enjoyable to work with and was very courteous. I’d have him back in a heart beat. I’m super pleased.
Amazing, came out same day, busted his ass to get my new sink in right, pretty reasonable on the price too!
