This is literally one of the best facilities I have ever been to for a service. I happened to need a drug test for employment and was sent here and I couldn't have been more happy to meet everyone. Very welcoming, very warm, hospitable, and friendly environment. Bianca is a wonderful human and the entire staff is genuinely amazing. Support this place and recommend it to anyone in need of the services they provide because you couldn't get better than this!
Career health professional and nurse needing routine industry-related drug screening, received random assignment to Unicorn based on facility and home addresses. Going to be honest: it was busy, there were multiple folks in the waiting room, and I was dreading being stuck for routine work tasks. Much to my surprise, Unicorn runs far more smoothly, and with a far more personal touch, than those big lab chains whose names you already know! In and out in probably under 15 minutes total?? Yes, they made it happen. Easy-going, attentive, task-oriented staff, all of whom were approachable and efficient. Welcoming and accepting environment, rainbows and unicorns, community health focused while delivering efficient, hitch-free, patient-affirming care. If you have to complete intermittent DOT or hospital/ shift-related testing, Unicorn was super easy, friendly, and made the process unexpectedly painless. Highly recommend for all your less-than-fun, (pre-)employment, or other cup-involved mandatory screening needs!
