Excellent service! Matt came out this morning to take a look at our new faucet that we installed but was leaking. He not only diagnosed and fixed the leak but he took apart the faucet because it had a low flow and figured out that it was clogged with debris from the factory. He successfully put the faucet back together and we have a usable powder room again! Very friendly and pleasant guy, and I would definitely use Twin Rivers Plumbing again in the future.
Matt came right on time and fixed my toilet in about 30 min. I’m so relieved. Haven’t gotten the bill yet, but I’m willing to pay for a plumber who actually shows up on time. The communication from this company is also stellar. Very professional.
They are awesome. They fit me in last minute gave me a full report at a reasonable price. I will definitely be calling them again
We’ve had Twin Rivers Plumbing out to our property several times for estimates and different projects, and every interaction has been a great experience. Their team is knowledgeable, professional, and honest, but what really stands out is their attitude and values. They’re a family-owned business that truly treats people with respect and takes the time to answer questions without pressure. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Twin Rivers Plumbing and look forward to working with them again in the future.
Had a kitchen drain that wasn’t draining properly. Twin Rivers was so responsive, got someone out quickly and solved our problem quickly as well. The technician was friendly and professional. We are very pleased!
