I recently brought my 2022 Audi A4 in for an oil change and had an excellent experience from start to finish. James took great care of me as soon as I walked in and provided outstanding customer service throughout the visit. The waiting area was comfortable and well-equipped with a TV, cold drinks, coffee, and snacks, which made the time pass easily. They also offer complimentary Uber rides if needed, so you can drop off your vehicle and head home or to work. Once your car is ready, they’ll send an Uber to bring you back. That level of convenience really stood out. I also had my windshield wipers replaced during my visit. The pricing was very fair. It was comparable to what I would have paid to purchase Bosch wipers myself and install them, so I appreciated being able to have everything handled there without any markup surprises. Overall, they were honest, transparent with pricing, and professional. I highly recommend this place. Five stars all the way.

I went to the Franklin Avenue location. They are really excellent in every way. My car went into limp mode and my throttle had to be replaced in my Ford Explorer. I was 3 hours away from home visiting my granddaughter at Baylor. They expedited my repairs and arranged for an Uber to get me back to the Best O'l Inn in Waco..it is the best place to stay in Waco....in fact the owner Kim had recommended Trinity Auto Haus on Franklin to me. My husband was even impressed with their work and customer service when they spoke with him on the phone. The job was completed in less than 24 hours..I made it home...and the next day Danica...she runs the front desk ...called to make sure I made it home safely! Oh..and not once did I ever have to leave a message! They actually have real humans who answer the phone!!!

2 times this summer I have had a tire issue with my Audi the day before leaving town for important medical appointments. I called Trinity because I needed someone local, I will never go anywhere else! The staff were kind, responsive, communicative and fairly priced! I appreciate them so much, and will be taking my car to them for all of my service needs from now on. Why travel to Dallas or Austin when such quality and honest service is available right here it Waco!! Thanks so much Trinity!

Finding an honest mechanic is hard. Finding one that specializes in BMWs, provides exceptional customer service, and treats you with respect is even harder. Trinity Auto Haus exceeded every expectation I had. They replaced the brakes on my BMW and never once tried to sell me services I didn't need. Instead, they walked me through what actually needed attention now and what preventative maintenance I should plan for down the road. That level of honesty and transparency is rare these days. What really set them apart was the customer service. They arranged Uber rides to and from the shop, kept me informed throughout the repair, AND gave me a coffee mug and gift card for coffee. They made the entire experience incredibly easy. Every person I interacted with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure I was taken care of. It's refreshing to find a business that still believes in earning customers through honesty rather than upselling. Trinity Auto Haus has earned a customer for life, and I won't be taking my BMW anywhere else. If you're looking for a shop you can actually trust, this is it.

My experience at Trinity has been the best car maintenance experience I have ever had. They staff was awesome from the 1st phone call with Colt to checking out with Danica. I would recommend everyone in the area to let Trinity Auto Haus be the 1st stop for all auto needs. They even shared a coffee mug and gift card for the coffee. Just all around GREAT SERVICE!
