Had my 2016 Subaru Outback being looked at for several warning lights. As usual Bailee was on top of game, exceptional customer service. A real pleasure to work with someone if her caliber and integrity. Josh the mechanic jumped right into checking things out, replaced an EGR valve, cleared all lights. Car is running like new, many thanks to all all Trinity Auto Haus, China Spring.
Just brought my car here for the first time , they were busy so I left it for an oil change , I got caught up across town and couldn’t make it back before they closed , WITH permission from me, they took ONLY the money they needed out of my purse even gave me my change back and ran a REAL full check on my car , they let me know about my fluid and filters that needed replacing, something no other shop had done for me over the past 2/3 years. $15 cheaper than my normal oil change AND they rotated the tires . As someone who also owns their own business I will be a regular customer from here on out and at almost 3K miles a month … they will see me often ! 10/10 experience.
Easy to make appointment the say I called. Oil change was quick & easy. With the coupon we had, it’s really helped with keeping our budget in line. Setting room where you can wait is comfortable and they offer you coffee or water if you want some.
We got fantastic service here. One thing that I really valued was that the mechanics gave us a list of every problem they found, showed us what it looked like, wrote down what it would cost to fix, and the timeframe they recommended for fixing it, and we were able to get second opinions. They were honest and thorough, and they seem to take great care of their customers. We will definitely use this auto shop again.
Took my truck in for an inspection and repair. They were able to find the problems that needed fixing, and showed me the problems in person. They are extremely professional. Great service great work. Personally I do think the cost for labor was a bit high but overall great experience, great work, no issues since repair. Will definitely return if needed.
